1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@moolrasayan.com or call +91 63678 91224 with your order details.
2. Returns
As our products are consumable health and wellness items, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened products in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery if there is a genuine quality issue.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your details.
5. Shipping
We currently ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on orders above ₹499; a nominal shipping charge applies to orders below this amount.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier, weather, or logistical issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
